	Schedule of Fees The following fee structure is based on an unlimited number of attempts per file.   Chicago - Loop $75.00   Cook County $75.00   DuPage County $75.00   Kane County $85.00   Lake County $85.00   Will County $85.00   Same Day Serve $25.00 - $40.00 (add on to base rate)     We take pride in delivering you a service of process that minimizes multiple attempt charges. As the fee structure listed above offers you unlimited attempts, occasionally we identify that the defendant being served no longer resides at the locations you provided. In this scenario, our client will have a minimal charge of $30.00 added to the flat fee for a "New Location Attempt". We will establish with your assistance the expected location's where the defendant is likely to be located and resume the process service. * Please review the information you provide to us carefully in order to minimize your file from being detained from delivery due to inaccurate information.
